Shipping and Returns


Printercompany strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible, aiming to do so usually within 48 hours. We are committed to shipping products accurately and efficiently so customers can print as quickly as possible.


(a) Notification of return 

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer can contact us by phone or e-mail. When reporting a return, the customer must provide the following information: the order number, the reason for the return and any relevant details.

b) Return conditions

 To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • To be intact and in original condition.
  • To be complete with all related accessories and packaging materials.
  • Not to have been used except to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the product.

(c) Return costs

In case of a return, the cost of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in case of a defective product or an error on our part.

(d) Reimbursement

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Printercompany BV will proceed to refund the purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs, within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment. Refunds will be made via the original payment method the customer used when making the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.


Printercompany BV reserves the right to refuse returns or deny refunds if the returned product does not meet the return conditions set forth in “b” or if there is abuse of the return process.
